British Columbia Prorated "Bingo" Plates


In addition to the issuance of "P" prefix plates, the province also started to issue what are generally referred to as "Bingo" or "Waffle" plates that allowed for the display of registration decals from those jurisdictions that a truck and trailer were licenced to travel through.
