The Passenger Series:

This series commenced at 000-MAA, however, this plate was reserved by ICBC for marketing and promotional purposes. Consequently, the first issued plate was 001-MAA.

The Truck Series:

This series commenced at AA-0000, and comprised plates up to AK-9999 (although it is not expected that all of this stock will be issued prior to the completion of the program in 2010).

The Farm Truck Series:

This series commenced at G9-0000, and after the first year of issuance, it is understood that only a couple of hundred plates were potentially on the road.
